Legum Solis in association with GRATA International is proud to have participated in the Intellectum’s Governance Conclave 2026 held in New Delhi, as a Gold Partner. 

The event brought together Corporate Lawyers, General Counsels/In-House Counsels, Company Secretaries, Compliance Managers and industry leaders. The Forum provided a platform for meaningful dialogue on nuances and challenges of corporate compliances while leading the Indian economy to developed India (“Shaping a Viksit Bharat”). 

Our Managing Partner, Shashank Agarwal, participated in the Conclave as a Speaker on the Panel for discussing the subject ‘Governance beyond Boundaries’. Our Senior Partner, Aayushi Singh, moderated the first session on ‘Governance 360 - Risk, Responsibility and Resilience’.
