On March 20, 2026, Igor Stepanov, Managing Partner of GRATA International (Rostov-on-Don), attended a meeting of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Rostov Region.

The meeting reviewed the implementation of measures to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs. Furthermore, proposals to improve the legal status of business entities in response to identified systemic problems were discussed.
