"Hukuk consulting" ES, an Associate Member of GRATA International in Turkmenistan, is pleased to announce its participation in the Turkmen-China Business Forum & Expo 2026, held from 28 to 30 April 2026 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

The three-day event served as a key platform for strengthening the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and the People’s Republic of China, bringing together government representatives, business leaders, investors, and industry experts to explore new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.

The Forum and Expo showcased the economic, technological, and cultural potential of both countries, highlighting achievements across industry, agriculture, transport and logistics, information technology, and innovation. The event focused on strengthening business relations, promoting investment opportunities, supporting digital transformation, and encouraging cooperation in science, education, and culture.

Ikbal Said Alauddin, a Managing Partner of “Hukuk consulting” ES, the Associate Office of GRATA International in Turkmenistan, attended the event as a delegate.

Within the framework of the Business Forum, Ikbal delivered a presentation to Chinese delegates and company representatives on the topic: “Establishing a Legal Entity in Turkmenistan, as well as Setting Up Branch and Representative Offices of Foreign Companies.”

The presentation provided practical legal insights into the regulatory framework governing market entry in Turkmenistan and addressed key legal considerations for foreign businesses seeking to establish and expand their presence in the country. The session highlighted GRATA International Turkmenistan’s extensive experience in supporting international investors through comprehensive legal advisory services related to corporate structuring, market entry, compliance, and business operations in Turkmenistan.

The event also included B2B meetings aimed at facilitating direct dialogue between companies, investors, and government agencies, as well as cooperation agreement signing ceremonies. Priority areas of cooperation included oil and gas, transport and logistics, digital technologies, telecommunications, science and education, and tourism.

Leading Chinese companies, including NUCTECH, HUAWEI, LOVOL, SHANTUI, JINFENGYUAN SEED, and KAIQUAN, among others, presented their products and services during the exhibition.
