Pravo.ru has presented the results of its annual legal market research in the area of corporate law.

Based on the results of the research, GRATA International was recognized by experts in the “Leaders in M&A Deals” category.

According to Pravo.ru’s research, 2025 was a challenging year for the mergers and acquisitions sector: experts noted a decline in both the number of transactions and their aggregate value. This trend is not limited to Russia, as international M&A activity has also been declining for several consecutive years.
