On March 25, 2026, Dr. Gulnur Nurkeyeva was invited by the Arbitration Institute / Institute of Foreign-Related Legal Studies of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) to teach the first day of the "Practical Legal Training for Lawyers" course at the Haidian Campus.On March 25, 2026, Dr. Gulnur Nurkeyeva was invited by the Arbitration Institute / Institute of Foreign-Related Legal Studies of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) to teach the first day of the "Practical Legal Training for Lawyers" course at the Haidian Campus.

The lecture focused on cross-border M&A legal practice, covering transaction structures, drafting of confidentiality agreements and letters of intent, legal due diligence methods and red flag identification, and regulatory compliance (antitrust review, foreign exchange controls, and strategic asset restrictions). The course integrated theory with practice and received positive feedback from students.
