GRATA International Armenia was represented at Black Sea Trade and Development Bank's Annual Meeting under the theme "Armenia: Accelerating Regional Success"

On July 10, 2025, under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Mr. Vahagn Khachaturyan, and with the participation of the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Mr. Martin Galstyan, Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Avag Avanesyan, as well as other senior officials from the Armenian Government, the Central Bank, and commercial banks, the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) held its annual meeting under the theme "Armenia: Accelerating Regional Success."

GRATA International Armenia was represented by its Managing Partner Khoren Nasibyan, and Head of the Banking and Finance Practice, Ms. Hasmik Martirosyan. During the event, four loan agreements were signed between BSTDB and local financial institutions. We are pleased to note that our Yerevan team was involved in three of these transactions.

Given the high-level nature of the event and our firm’s participation, this is a noteworthy development.
