President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a Decree dated 12 September 2019 No.UP-5819 “On establishing a visa-free regime of entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for citizens of the People’s Republic of China, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.”

The corresponding application can be submitted using the new service on the Unified portal of interactive state services.

The creation of a new free economic zone is envisaged by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 13 September, 2019 No.UP-5825 “On the Creation of the Free Economic Zone Chirokchi”.
