Mikhail Herman is a leading lawyer in the integrated office of GRATA International St. Petersburg. Former Federal judge of the district court of Saint Petersburg. During this period, Mikhail has accumulated extensive experience in conducting legal proceedings in various areas of civil law in Russia.

Currently, he is the head of the dispute resolution Department of GRATA International St. Petersburg, as well as the practice of Labor law, which is considered one of the strongest in Russia according to the national ratings of the Russian legal market "Pravo-300" and "Kommersant".

While working in the courts of General jurisdiction, Mikhail prepared drafts of legal positions of courts in the framework of complaints filed against the Russian Federation in the European court of human rights, which were later used as the basis for the objections of the authorized representative of the Russian Federation in this court. He also developed draft comments and proposals to resolutions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as other draft legal acts.
