GRATA International lawyers took part in the prestigious AIFC Court & IAC Advocacy Skills Training Course

On October 21, 2024, Akzhan Sargaskayeva, Counsel, and Gaukhar Zhexenbayeva, Senior Associate, at GRATA International China, and Jahongir Bakhodirov, Advocate Assistant at GRATA International Uzbekistan, took part in the prestigious AIFC Court & IAC Advocacy Skills Training Course in collaboration with Clyde & Co.

This intensive training program focused on court procedures and essential advocacy skills, designed to prepare and empower the next generation of legal professionals. The course offered a comprehensive overview of courtroom practice, emphasizing the development of practical skills crucial for effective advocacy. Participants had the opportunity to engage in practical exercises focused on cross-examination techniques, led by experienced practitioners from Clyde & Co, within AIFC Court and IAC facilities.
