Yaroslav Sotnikov is a Partner and head of the antitrust practice in the Russian branch of GRATA International in Samara. He specializes in resolving administrative and judicial disputes, negotiations on preliminary settlement of disputes, legal audit, legal support in the course of challenging the actions of persons who violate antitrust and auction laws, as well as in the course of inspections of antitrust authorities, including investigations of cartels, collusion in auctions, and challenging acts of antitrust authorities.

Prior to joining GRATA International, Yaroslav worked in public authorities, local governments, and state institutions, providing solutions to a wide range of legal and economic issues that fall within the purview of the relevant body or institution where he worked. He taught at the Samara research University named after academician S. p. Korolev, Samara University of Economics, and the International market Institute.
