Oksana is the associate and the Head of the practice Labor Law at GRATA International.

Practices in the area of labor, contract law, personal data protection and confidentiality on the establishment of a trade secrecy regime with the employer.

Specializes in the resolution of labor disputes, is engaged in the implementation of projects in the field of labor law on the issues of financial responsibility of employees, the comprehensive development of personnel documentation and personnel audit.

Oksana has experience in adapting the internal policies of large international companies to the requirements of the labor and migration legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the protection of intellectual property (official works) of large IT companies.

Publications:

More than 35 publications in foreign and national editions on the establishment of a remote form of work, the preservation of additional guarantees provided to employees in the collective agreement, part-time work, financial liability, the transformation of employment contracts into an indefinite employment agreement and other controversial and practice-oriented issues of the employment legislation of Belarus.
