Senior lawyer of GRATA International Saint-Petersburg, former Federal judge of the district court of St. Petersburg. During this period, Michael has accumulated extensive experience in litigation in various areas of civil law in Russia.
Currently he heads the practice of labor law, as well as the Department of dispute resolution.
During his work in the courts of General jurisdiction, Mikhail prepared draft legal positions of the courts in the framework of complaints filed against the Russian Federation to the European court of human rights, which were subsequently used as a basis for objections of the authorized representative of the Russian Federation in the said court. He also developed draft comments and proposals for decisions of Plenums of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as other draft legal acts.
Before to joining GRATA International SPb as a senior lawyer, Mikhail worked for 12 years in the judicial system of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, including the last three years as a Federal judge.
