- Legal support of the international agricultural holding RZ AGRO in its investment activity on the territory of Russia (due diligence of agricultural enterprises before their purchase, support of the acquisition of the land shares, lease and allotment of land shares, etc.)

- Consulting of several Russian developers and multinational investors on the establishment of different kinds of commercial property and blocks of flats in Russia.
- Consulting of a foreign bank on problems concerning the cancellation of a foreign legal body’s debt under the credit agreement due to the pledged property of a Russian mortgagor.
- Consulting of the subsidiary company of a large American food corporation on issues related to the construction and operation of the grain terminal, the representation of this company in court to reduce the sum of rent arrears presented by the municipal authorities in the amount of about 200 000 000 RUR.
- Remedy of a major supplier of agricultural machinery and equipment – settlement of the issue about the payment of the debt for the supply of tractors in the amount of 30 million rubles.
- Consulting on the implementation of one of the largest in the South of Russia projects in the field of Public-private partnership (PPP) in the city infrastructure.
