- Participation in drafting legal advice regarding implementation of a large investment agricultural project for breeding cattle on the territory of Belarus using Slovak technologies, including full support for the import of cattle;
- Participation in drafting the contracts for the employment of Belarusian citizens in the EU countries and their support;
- Complex support in the set up of the partnership of owners of non-residential premises;
- Participation in advising and drafting the lease agreement for non-residential premises;
- Drafting the algorithm of the acquisition of premises and other assets of a liquidated legal entity at auction;
- Participation in drafting the Memorandums on the corporate law (sale of shares, distribution of profits between shareholders of a CJSC, foundation of a private unitary enterprise, foundation of LLC, algorithm of changing the director, etc.).
