- Assisting Hilong Oil Service and Service and Engineering in regards to litigation matters in Kyrgyzstan;
- Advising China ENFI Engineering Corporation of Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC) on corporate structuring of activity, obtaining work permit, registration of permanent establishment
- Advising China Huaneng on the registration procedures in AIFC;
- Advising China Railway 23 Bureau Group on the liquidation process of the local Branch;
- Advising China Sinosteel Group Jilin Electrical and Mechanical Equipment on the registration procedures in Kazakhstan;
- Assisting Xiamen Tungsten Company, largest Chinese tungsten market company, on acquisition of tungsten deposits in Kazakhstan;
- Assisting China Gezhouba Group Company Limited to register Branch Office in Kazakhstan;
- Assiting Far Eastern Toll Collection on the ligitation matters in Kazakhstan;
- Advising Dora HK Limited on the registration of the Joint Venture Company in Russia;
- Advising China International Intellectech Co., Ltd on the corporate matters in Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan, including providing Memorandum and answering to the Client’s questions in regards to registration of the Visa Center;
